The location is the best part, with spacious accommodation and good facilities. Restaurants, bars, grocery shops, a garden, and a mall are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Cabs are very affordable too, so getting to nearby places is easy. Overall, it's been a decent stay so far, mainly thanks to the location and roomy apartment.

We originally booked two nights and added one more. The apartments are professionally managed, clean, and well kept, with good quality amenities and staff who respond quickly. Maybe the best budget stay in Baku city.

Cevil and the team gave us superb hospitality. The place is great for families, with the city centre very close by. Five stars for everything.

I asked to change my reservation or cancel and get a refund because of the situation and flight restrictions, but they refused. I'm very disappointed with how they handled it. If the flight restrictions end, I won't book with them. If you decide to stay there, I'd advise against paying before you arrive. There are plenty of other nice options in baku.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with tall windows looking out to the Caspian Sea and a cute balcony. The bathroom had very hot water with good pressure, and some toiletries were provided. The kitchen was well equipped, including a washing machine and filtered water. The building felt very secure and had reception. It's peaceful enough for a good rest, even though you can walk to everywhere in just a few minutes. Communication with the manager was easy, and replies came quickly. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it for a visit to Baku.
