The listing was misleading, and the owners took advantage of me. They charged for cleaning but never cleaned, the water was ice cold, and they didn't give us the chip needed to enter the building. I had a terrible experience with this apartment and its owners. Avoid it if you don't want to be scammed.
We booked through booking. Com, not realizing it was a scam. The location was false, and the men who came to collect us took us to a dingoy area, claiming the original place was booked. I can't understand how they could have double-booked it. They wasted our precious day taking us from one rotten place to another. Beware of this racket.
Stay away from listings that say VIP. They refused to take me to the apartment I had booked and instead drove me around baku, showing me one disgusting, run-down apartment after another while trying to fleece me for more money. This was a total scam.
