May 2026. Our group of 44 people from Israel came to hotel midtown Bako. The standard rooms were big and comfortable, like small private suites. Breakfast was great, with everything from vegetables, eggs, cheese, and omelette to pancakes. The hotel is handy too, with a big supermarket just 2 minutes away on foot and the famous Nizami street 12 minutes away. Special thanks to Samir, who was always there with a big smile and ready to help with anything the group asked. It felt like personal service. Ulvi from the restaurant and lobby also deserves a thank you. He helped us order great food at the hotel restaurant and was always smiling. At the lobby, he had nice conversations with us about Bako. We spoke in English, and he's great with languages. Greetings to Ulvi, he should be a manager, he's doing a great job. Everything was great!!! Please don't hesitate to book this Hotel. ❤️🍷

The rooms stayed clean and cozy, and the spa facilities are top-notch. If you enjoy steam rooms or saunas, you'll be happy with them. I also had a high-quality, professional massage. The service at Midtown Hotel Baku is very good. Special thanks to Samir, our restaurant waiter, whose attentiveness and warmth made us feel right at home and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Samir at reception was especially kind, polite, and always willing to help. He really cared about our comfort and helped make the stay smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant's food, desserts, and drinks were exceptionally delicious. Mr Samir, the waiter, was a real gentleman and kept checking whether I needed anything. Chef Can kindly offered me a special dessert he had made himself, a gesture that impressed me. Chef Aynur made me a delicious omelette and does that work with great skill. My room was clean and spacious, and from my first day the welcome felt warm and sincere. We couldn't explore all of Baku, but I did visit its beautiful historical sites. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location right in the heart of the city centre. I'd definitely stay here again if I return.

People knew my name and greeted me each day, and it felt like they truly cared. The staff went out of their way to handle everything I needed, from answering questions and printing something at the last minute to remembering my coffee preferences each morning. There were plenty of breakfast options, and my one bedroom room was large and spacious. Thank you especially to Zumrud for excellent customer service, and to Samish for looking after me at breakfast every morning. Midtown Hotel was one of the best I've experienced around the globe for customer service. I hope to come back. Thanks to the Midtown team!
