I was there for five nights, and the hotel felt average. It’s near Nizami street, and there’s a small lift. The night shift employee, Mohammad, was a good guy. The morning shift employee, whose name might have been Aksar or something similar, was rude and made taunting comments about everything. He even said it wasn’t his father’s hotel, so he couldn’t accept my request. At checkout he also didn’t help with the language issue. The staff overall weren’t very supportive, and the cleanliness fell short.

The rooms have been newly renovated and were spotless, with cleaning done every day. The location is excellent too, just a 2-3 minute walk to everywhere.

The room was awful, with a terrible smell and a mattress full of bugs. We couldn’t sleep, and I checked out first thing in the morning after that one-night nightmare. The staff were friendly and the location is superb, only a few steps from nizami street, but the room made the stay unbearable.

The staff were really nice and accommodating, and the location is perfect. Fountain square is just three blocks away, Nizami St is a few minutes off, and the old city and boulevard are an easy walk. I’ll absolutely come back when I’m in Baku again.

We had a really bad stay. The room and sheets were dirty, there were mosquitoes and spider webs, and the toilet was moldy and smelled bad. No toiletries were provided. Don’t trust the booking site photos, they look like they’re from many years ago. Not recommended.
