We came with the family just to use the pool, not to stay at the hotel, and the service was especially bad. The kids’ aqua area is old and broken, and my cousin cut his toe and bled a lot. We wanted to order pizza, but 20 manats for one was expensive.

The food was disgusting and undercooked, and the service was terrible. The staff were horrible, especially the security guard ILKIN, who was rude, badly behaved, and ignorant, like someone at a street market. I wonder how they keep him working there. I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I spent three nights at my beach hotel and the service was really terrible. Breakfast took an hour to be ready every morning, and housekeeping and room cleaning were awful. We had to argue to get the room cleaned. Nobody in the hotel or restaurant spoke even one word of English except the reception staff. I don’t recommend staying here as a hotel. Using the pool to sunbathe might be okay.

Taking food to the coast is prohibited, on top of the seaside being occupied and charging for entry. It makes no sense to tell people they can’t eat there unless they order from you.
