A young, vibrant, welcoming atmosphere added to a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is close to a metro station, so getting around the city was easy and convenient. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it for the great atmosphere, location, and high-quality service. The reception team was courteous, professional, and available whenever I needed something. Mr. Fenur stood out for his kindness, professionalism, and real willingness to help. His personal attention made the experience even better and left a positive impression. One small tip for future guests: a city-view room is worth choosing over one facing the internal atrium, as the view makes the stay much nicer.

I only had a few days, but I'm coming back. The staff were all so nice and sweet, always ready to help me, and there was no discrimination. It was peaceful, my room was clean, and the service was great from room service to reception. The food was great too, especially breakfast. I always looked forward to breakfast and the lovely dining experience. Don't hesitate to choose ibis, you'll love your stay. All my Black fam, for your sanity, choose ibis and enjoy your stay. Thank you all for the love.

We got a small souvenir, some magnets, and a really warm welcome in Baku. The staff were very friendly, the rooms quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was high quality. A truly wonderful hotel. I'd definitely return. Thank you!

The room at Ibis Baku was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and perfectly fine. With the window shut, outside noise was barely an issue. I had some trouble figuring out the air conditioning, though I can't tell whether it was faulty or I just couldn't set it properly. The Wi-Fi was unexpectedly slow for an Ibis. Otherwise, it was a decent, acceptable stay without any major complaints.

Getting around was easy, with the metro station very close by, and the neighborhood felt quiet and uncrowded. We also liked the breakfast options 🥞. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay at Ibis Baku Hotel and would recommend it for a comfortable, peaceful visit to Baku.
