The thoughtful little touches in the decor made My Rose Boutique Hotel feel warm and welcoming, and the place was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and efficient, and went out of their way to handle what we needed, from hot oats at midnight to taxis for trips around the city at different hours. It's the most beautiful and hospitable hotel I've stayed in. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Baku, you won't be disappointed.

The staff were kind and helpful. When my friend needed a painkiller in the middle of the night, receptionist Rosa brought one up. One of the workers also walked with us to show us the cake shop for my friend's birthday. A taxi to the main area costs around 3 manat, which is very reasonable. The hotel itself is cozy and nicely designed. Vegetarians may find the food choices limited, and that was the only thing that bothered me. I'm happy with the stay.
