The breakfast buffet was super delicious, and the rooms were really comfortable and nice. I truly enjoyed staying here, and it made my trip a lot better. The staff work hard and are so kind and helpful. Special thanks to Manager Rafiq, and to Kanan, Ramin, tewekkul, Fuad, and Sura. They’re just the best staff a hotel could have.
2/10
We arrived at check-in time, but our room wasn’t ready. Staff told us to go for a walk and come back, so we did. When we finally got the room, it was dusty and the bathroom was very dirty. The rooms are also tiny. The FO manager acted sarcastically and didn’t try to help, as if this were normal. In other hotels, a manager would at least apologize or offer an upgrade. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nizami Street is only a 7-minute walk away, so the location is perfect. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. Many thanks to Namiq, Sora, Rabia, and Rafiq for their kind gestures and wonderful service.
2/10
We were very disappointed with the service and ended up moving to another hotel, which was much better than our original one. The receptionist, Etvin, was unprofessional and not serious with us about the room price. He tried to charge us much more than other guests, and that lack of transparency is unacceptable.
2/10
A really bad experience. They only respond in the morning, and in the evening there’s nothing, no room service or response at all. The bathroom leaked, it took them a very long time to prepare the room, and breakfast was very bad. Just bad.
