The Caspian Sea view from the big, nice rooms was perfect, and breakfast had good options that changed each day. Illkin at reception was especially kind and friendly, and we really enjoyed talking with him. Everything about this hotel was great. It's one of the best places I've stayed in a foreign country, and I highly recommend it.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially brother Ilkin, who helped us a lot. My family and I were very pleased with Nobel Hotel Baku and had a great time there. Its location is so well situated that you can enjoy Baku's beauty by opening the window and looking out with a cup of coffee or tea. We had a pleasant one-week stay and would definitely return. I was unsure after reading some negative reviews, but I'm glad we gave Nobel Hotel a chance. The room was nice, the view beautiful and relaxing, and housekeeping came every day. The AC wasn't very cold, though that suited me since I prefer a normal room temperature, and sleeping was comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied day to day, even if the selection wasn't huge. Nizami Street is about 10 minutes away, and staff were helpful when I needed things, especially with ordering food through room service.

The sea view was amazing, especially at night, and getting to the metro and bus station was convenient. I felt comfortable, almost as if I were at home. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were professional and kind. Mr. Ilkin Huseynov was especially supportive and knowledgeable, with great guidance about tourist attractions. It was a great experience.

The rooms are spacious, but there's too much noise from the area and you can hear it inside. The bed is a big no: the mattress is very old and the bed is broken. Staff were somehow decent, but housekeeping behaved badly.
