The apartment has a great view, and I believe the host wants guests to have a good experience. There’s potential here, but it needs more work to deliver the four-star stay advertised on Expedia. Some Expedia listing details weren’t accurate: there was no microwave, stove top, chef service, or dryer, and most rooms share a bathroom rather than having a private one. My stay was frustrating at times because the AC didn’t work, the heat worked for only one day, and shower water kept shifting between warm and cold instead of staying at a steady temperature. I hope the host considers the feedback I gave.

Elat made the stay memorable. When I had to leave at 7:00 AM for a commitment, he personally arranged an early breakfast just for me, a thoughtful gesture I won’t forget. His hospitality was far beyond what I expected. The accommodation was beautiful and impeccable, with panoramic city views throughout my seven-night stay at Penthouse Panorama Baku. My only deduction from a 10 was the lack of hot water, so I’d rate it 9.5/10. Even with that inconvenience, I’ll definitely return to Baku and this hotel on my next trip to collect my Lithuania TRP card. It’ll be great to see Elat again and thank him. ♥️

My family and I were delighted by our stay at Penthouse Panorama Motel, especially the breathtaking city view. Elat Bey and the whole team deserve my sincere thanks. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, and the service was both attentive and friendly. Everything felt top-notch, and our vacation was unforgettable thanks to Elat Bey’s care.

The rooms were cold, and the refrigerator had a moldy smell. Breakfast was advertised but never provided. A terrible experience and a waste of money.

My husband and I loved the calm, comfortable feel and the warm welcome at Penthouse Panorama motel. The design was tasteful, the atmosphere lovely, and the comfort just right. It’s a neat, family-friendly place where they pay attention to everything. We also enjoyed sitting in the lounge and chatting with other guests, and made new friends there. Endless thanks to the Penthouse Panorama family, especially Elat bey. We’re grateful for everything.
