The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was perfect. We stayed a month ago; our room was clean and suited a small budget, which is what mattered most. The breakfast was simple. One downside was the strong central heating. Even with the air conditioning on, it still felt hot.

A terrible three-night stay. They made me switch rooms every night, and some rooms were below the level I had paid for. The staff didn't pay attention to customers, and the cleanliness was questionable.

The restaurant is especially lovely, and the hotel itself feels clean and cozy. Staff were warm and helpful, with Receptionist Kamil explaining everything clearly. The location is perfect.
