Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the food was good. The room was roomy, with two balconies and a huge TV. Internet dropped out at different times during the day, even though there was a router on every floor. It’s a little far from central Baku, but I had a wonderful stay.

The people in Baku were friendly and welcoming, and the reception guy was very helpful. The place and its location were good too. The problem was the kitchen guy, who didn’t know how to cook Indian or Pakistani food. For getting around, use the BOLT application. I found that more useful for saving time and money than trusting local drivers.

This hotel was very dirty, and the rooms weren’t clean. I complained, but nothing was done, and they didn’t provide drinking water either. It didn’t meet the standard of a four star hotel at all.

A lovely hotel with good staff. Rauf was especially kind. He upgraded our room for my wife’s birthday, which made our stay perfect.

Baku’s surroundings here were enjoyable, and the hotel is in a good hotspot. I liked the location more than the hotel itself.
