The hotel was excellent, and the staff were excellent too. Rashad, one of the managers, was especially great, the best staff member I’ve ever met.

There’s free parking. The breakfast buffet had very little choice, and the products were low quality. Of the two receptionists we met, one spoke English and Polish and was great. The other seemed lost and didn’t know any English. It feels like someone tried to make the hotel look nice on a very low budget.

Rashad at the front desk was professional, welcoming, and especially helpful. The staff were friendly overall, and the rooms were clean and had the essentials. Wi-Fi worked really well. The location is close to Nizami Street, about a five-minute drive or a twenty-minute walk from the city center. Skip the expensive hotels and stay at Marison if you want to experience Baku like a local.

The hotel is clean and good value for the price, and the sea-view rooms are amazing. Rashed at reception was wonderful and VERY helpful.
