The location is great, and most of the staff are friendly. But the first-floor corridor outside our apartment is wide, and around 15 children who don't live there play football in it every evening. They're loud, sometimes until midnight, and have kicked the ball at passersby and shouted at people coming and going. Our neighbours often call the police because of the noise. Security told us they can't resolve it because the parents won't set rules. Neighbours say this has been going on for a couple of years, with no apparent plan to stop it. We're being moved to another apartment in the building, but wanted to warn people considering a move here. It's a shame, since the building itself is nice, and landlords are affected too.

PORT BAKU RESIDENCE is beautiful and awesome.

It's nice living here, with everything close by, including the shopping mall, restaurants, and coffee shops.

A lovely place to live, especially for kids. There's a private pool, sauna, spa, cinema, and garden. All the staff speak English and Russian.
