Having an Araz grocery store right by Port Rivoli Baku was a huge convenience, though the location itself was good rather than perfect. The rooms were modern, spotless, well kept, and had all the essentials. Bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo, vanity kits, and the usual things. The minibar cost extra, but the prices weren't too bad. Breakfast was good quality, though the selection was quite limited and a bit disappointing. Noise came through easily, with kids in the corridor and people talking in other rooms, so the soundproofing needs work. Still, the hotel is clean and modern, and I'd recommend it as a good place to stay in Baku despite that issue.

The location made it easy to explore the area on foot, with all the main attractions within walking distance. Our room was spacious and equipped for a family stay. Room service was really good, especially the food we ordered. The staff were very helpful and greeted us with a smile throughout our stay at Port Rivoli Baku Hotel.

A quiet, pleasant place, and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was fabulous, though there was only one kind of sliced bread. We had two small issues: the shattaf, or Muslim shower, was broken in the bathroom but got fixed after we complained. The USB charging ports still didn't work when we checked out.

The location is great, with markets, banks, malls, and restaurants nearby. The building quality felt poor, though, with no soundproofing. I could hear every little noise from outside, the lobby, and adjacent rooms, and had to sleep with earplugs. I complained, and the staff were polite and helpful, but there wasn't much they could do.

Really enjoyed staying at port rivoli. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and the restaurant and room service were very convenient.
