The rooms were clean and nice, and breakfast was continental. It was a great experience staying here.

I picked this place in Baku for its location and booked their best room, the executive suite. It looked luxurious and very nice, but it was far too hot. The temperature reached 28 Celsius in the daytime and stayed at 24 at night, even with the windows open and it only 16 outside. Reception told me to switch off the AC because it was heating, but it had been off the whole time. I asked for help, even a portable fan or AC, but the hotel couldn’t do anything.

We booked a week ahead for five family members, but were first assigned two rooms on different floors, which was impractical. After we complained, we waited over three hours for someone to sort it out. Coordination was poor, and even the manager seemed unaware and unable to help. Staff were rude and unprofessional, with little regard for the trouble this caused us. It was a very disappointing start to our Baku trip, and I’d urge families to be cautious about booking here.
