My flight changed, so I had to arrive very early. They kindly let me check in early at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service felt very high level. The hotel’s location is amazing, and my room felt like a gift, especially with that beautiful sea view.

The staff were helpful and knew their stuff, and the location made it easy to get almost anywhere on foot in 5-15 minutes. My room was large, with a great view from every window, and the bed was fantastic. I also really appreciated being able to set the AC and heating myself, which has felt like a luxury after staying in Scandinavian hotels. The shower pressure flickered for the first couple of minutes, perhaps because I was on the 10th floor, then returned to normal, so it wasn't enough to lower my rating. After visiting at least 100 hotels over the past three years, this one could easily make my top five.

Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a good range of choices. The staff were courteous and always happy to help, and the rooms were comfortable, well kept, and nicely laid out. We could see both the Caspian Sea and the Flame Towers from our room, especially beautiful at night. The hotel's atmosphere felt relaxing throughout our stay, and its Baku location was lovely. We honestly didn't find anything negative to mention. We had a wonderful visit that went beyond what we expected, and I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Baku.

The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff stayed friendly and helpful during our visit. The location is a real plus, with everything in Baku easy to get to. Breakfast could use a little improvement, but we had a very positive stay overall. I'd recommend it.

We could see the Caspian Sea and the whole city from the windows, and the hotel sits right by the Boulevard, near a mall and a large park. We stayed for a couple of nights and found the rooms spacious, clean, and pleasant, with city views. Breakfast was great, and the hotel restaurant served good food too. The staff were really friendly and ready to help whenever we needed something. I highly recommend it.
