Ramada By Wyndham Baku

The pool was clean and well maintained, a nice place for families or adults to unwind, and the sea view added a relaxing feel to our stay at Ramada Hotel in Baku. The staff were professional, friendly, and quick to help. Between the views, facilities, and service, it's a solid choice. Highly recommended.

The location is a real highlight: it's beautiful and peaceful, though quite far from the city. The restaurant was the bright spot for us. The food was good, and the service from Ibrahimov Elgun, Elvin, and Murad was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made our meal the best part of the stay. Elsewhere, the experience at Ramada was mediocre. Staff at the front desk and service areas came across as unwelcoming, and our requests often went unattended.

The reception manager came across as cold and hard to approach, which made an already disappointing stay worse. No one helped take our luggage from the car to the room, so after a long trip we had to manage it all ourselves. Staff seemed uninterested and unconcerned, and I felt that guests weren't valued. This wasn't the level of hospitality I expected.

The cleaning staff, including the woman and the young man, were good and humble. But management was extremely disappointing. They didn't listen to what we wanted to say, made assumptions, and answered different questions from the ones we asked. At one point they even hung up while I was still talking. They showed no willingness to hear us out.
