Rest in old Baku Apart Hotel

We had to leave right away and find somewhere warm for our 6 year old son, but management refused to refund the nights we didn't stay. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids. My family and I had visited several countries in the region, and our stay at Rest Studios Baku was the worst, a complete nightmare. As a mother, my son's well-being comes first, and this hotel showed no regard for it. The room was freezing because the heater didn't work, and there were no curtains, so bright outside lights shone right on our faces all night. Our son couldn't rest in the cold, bright room. We had also chosen the place because it promised private parking for our car, but when we arrived, we were told it didn't exist. We had to park 12 minutes away and walk back.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the interior is beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to come back!

We stayed there recently and weren't happy. The room was tiny, one lamp didn't work, and some things in it were damaged. No one helped us carry our luggage upstairs. They kept asking for cash and wouldn't accept card payment or bank transfer, which felt very strange. On our last day, the heater stopped working and we spent a couple of hours cold in the room. Breakfast was served at another hotel, which wasn't nice. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend the place.

The suite was well equipped, even had a washing machine. The staff were amazingly helpful.
