The sea view was nice and the location was good, but the room was much smaller than the pictures suggested, including a tiny bathroom. We asked to switch rooms and they refused. We paid almost 250 dhirams a day for four days after booking at the last minute. Service was below average, and most staff, including the reception manager, weren't friendly or responsive. Breakfast was a bigger disappointment, with a very limited spread and a grumpy, unresponsive server. I wouldn't recommend it.

On the way from the airport, we stopped for dinner at the last minute. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, and the food was very good and reasonably priced. A beautiful hotel with a lovely balance of Caspian Sea views and luxury.

The shower was really good, though the room's bidet wasn't working properly despite this being a new hotel. They took a room deposit to return at checkout. No pool.

The service and staff were perfect, five stars. But the prices are almost double what the website shows, which feels unethical and disrespectful. I tried the Farel fish and couldn't finish it. It was the worst fish I've ever had. If it had been delicious, I wouldn't have minded the high prices, but both things were terrible.
