Rosemary Inn

The shower cabin leaks, and the door handle is broken. Getting blankets also meant asking and waiting instead of being able to sleep. Even with the windows shut, it's very noisy, and the water only gets warm after a long wait. Don't book here.

This was a nightmare stay, and I'm just waiting for morning so I can get out with my kids. I only chose this hotel because my flight was cancelled and my previous hotel had no availability. The girl at reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful. On the second night I had to switch rooms because of toilet problems, then the AC in the new room stopped in the middle of the night and they couldn't fix it. After all that hassle, I asked for compensation, but they said they couldn't offer even a partial refund. Do not come here.

At night, noise from girls moaning in neighboring rooms made it impossible to sleep. The reception was awful too, they wouldn't give me a receipt, and the manager's number never answers. Stay here if you want to ruin your impression of Baku, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

My first two days were okay, but things changed after I extended my stay and asked them to clarify my rate and the other tourists' rates. The counter staff then acted as if they didn't understand, and they removed my perks. Whenever I asked for something, the girl there made rude remarks, as though I'd done something wrong. Tourists get treated very badly here. I didn't expect that kind of attitude. Get what they tell you in writing.
