We ended up staying for two nights. The second day, when the reception staff had changed, we told the front desk about our experience at checkout. Ms. Zara was helpful and moved us to a standard room at a better rate. The first night was horrible, 0/5. We’d been given a spacious VIP room, but it was filthy, smelled terrible, had burnt carpets all over, and no AC. We checked in at 11 pm, so with no other option that late, we had to stay. Other rooms were available, but staff were reluctant to move us or offer a solution.

The hotel is good value, and the receptionists are helpful, especially Yamin. It’s a little way from the city centre, though there’s a bus stop right beside the hotel. The breakfast buffet could be better.

Good value for the quality. The location is 10-15 minutes from the center by taxi, with a supermarket and other supply stores nearby. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are helpful and polite.

Everything was clean, and although the hotel is a bit far from the center, everything else is close by. Reception were super polite and spoke Russian and English, and all the staff were welcoming and smiling. The room cleaner was especially professional, and the woman serving breakfast was very polite too. Big thanks to Zohra for the help. It was a pleasure staying here.

The rooms are modern and come with all the main amenities, making this a decent place to stay. The breakfast buffet is very limited and needs improvement.
