We had a good time here and would love to come back 🥰 Hikmat at reception was so nice, and Hayat from the kitchen was a good person.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my stay here was bad enough that I want to speak up. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and there were obvious stains on the carpet. I might have let those things go, but the front desk staff’s rude, unprofessional behavior made the stay much worse. I had booked for two people because a friend planned to visit for a few hours on the second day. When she arrived, the man at reception wouldn’t let her in unless I paid half the price of a full night, even though she was only coming by as a guest. He said it was “hotel policy.” When I asked where that policy was written or shown during booking, he couldn’t answer. It felt like an attempt to get money out of me for no reason, and it was disrespectful. That’s outrageous treatment at any hotel, especially one presenting itself as 5-star. If you care about your money, time, or basic hospitality, avoid this place.

The hotel has a good restaurant and SPA, and the place is very good overall. The TV isn't Smart, though, and there’s no ramp at the entrance for wheelchairs or strollers.

The buffet breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the rooms were roomy, clean, and well equipped. Some rooms have a balcony, and the view from the room is pleasant. The hotel’s design and furniture feel modern. There’s also an indoor pool, spa, gym, and dining area. It really is a 5 STAR HOTEL!
