The staff made my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku especially memorable. Kamran was friendly, professional, and always ready to help, while the breakfast restaurant team gave warm, attentive service each morning. Housekeeping also kept my room spotless and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The hotel is elegant, well maintained, and has excellent facilities and a calm atmosphere. Its location is one of the best in the city, with lovely views and easy access to Baku’s main attractions. The whole stay combined luxury, comfort, and the high standards I’d expect from a Four Seasons property. From start to finish, it was a flawless five-star experience and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the region.

The people are what make this hotel worth returning to. The staff were warm, responsive, and attentive to every detail. I also really enjoyed the excellent spa and breakfasts, and my room was spacious and impeccably clean. The location is great too. Highly recommend.

Chief Concierge Vugar and his colleague were especially helpful and generous with recommendations, pointing us toward good places to visit. Everyone was welcoming from the front door onward. Housekeeping were always smiling and left thoughtful little touches in the room that made a difference. The service across the hotel was warm and professional, and the location was ideal. The one letdown was breakfast service at Zafferano restaurant. It didn’t reach the high standard of service elsewhere in the hotel. Still, it’s a beautiful place with memorable hospitality, and we’d absolutely return.
