Traveling with children can be hard, but the staff at Clocktower Hotel made us feel at home right away and were especially warm and attentive with the kids. The rooms were spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the quiet atmosphere helped us relax after exploring. Breakfast had a nice range of food that both adults and children enjoyed. The location was convenient and safe, with major attractions nearby. Our family stay exceeded expectations, and we left with lovely memories. We’d happily return and recommend Clocktower Hotel to families visiting Baku.

The parking felt a little limited, but it was manageable. Staff were kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. More breakfast choices would make the stay even better. We had a pleasant visit and I’d recommend the place.

I was treated terribly as a guest and customer. I’d never been yelled at by a front desk before, especially through WhatsApp voice messages. I was so shocked by the service that I switched to another hotel where I was treated more kindly. Edit: I’m not comfortable sharing my identity. Have you evaluated your employee? There were two men, one nice and the other rude. Why accuse me of slander when I’m telling the truth? Threatening a complaint instead of communicating civilly, as your employee failed to do, is unprofessional. Looking at the other low-star reviews, I don’t seem to be the only one who had this experience.

The lady serving breakfast was very kind, and the hotel was comfortable with a good view. It’s a little far from the centre.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and handled everything I needed with a smile. The location made it easy to explore the city. My room was clean, though a bit small for my taste, and breakfast was good but nothing special. A decent stay, with some room to improve the service.
