Flora Hostel Baku

I stayed for around 7 days and had an amazing time. As a girl, I felt at home there. The people were friendly, and the staff were so nice, cooperative, fun, and respectful. I’d definitely recommend this hostel 🎉💤❤️🌸🦋🪽

The room was in very poor condition, with a strange smell, and the bedsheets were quite dirty. We paid extra for a private room, but the service was still very poor. The staff seemed unprofessional, and they didn’t seem to know the basics of cleaning a room or bathroom.

This artsy, cosy hostel is incredibly cheap and close to the city centre. The hosts were helpful and nice. There’s a café with live music every evening, though there wasn’t any on the night I stayed. I’d suggest it for a very short stay. The beds weren’t comfortable, there were mosquitoes in the bedroom, and the bathrooms weren’t clean.

The owner was extremely rude and arrogant, and didn’t know how to speak to guests. On the first day the staff seemed good, but later they acted as if giving me a bed was a favour, even though I was paying the full rent. Staying here was a terrible decision. They clearly don’t understand commitment or basic hospitality.
