The Central Point Baku

The staff were polite, cooperative, and very helpful, and the restaurant served fresh food with a good variety. I was amazed by how clean and bright everything was at Central Point Hotel, Baku, as if it had just been bought and installed. I give the hotel five stars and recommend that the staff be recognized for their hard work and dedication.

The room was spacious even though we booked a standard, with a very large bathroom, a comfortable bed, and lovely pillows and duvets that made it easy to relax. It was spotless, including the hidden corners, and had everything needed for a long stay. We were welcomed with fruit and water. Reception and breakfast staff were always kind and smiling. When we arrived at midnight, reception let us deposit euros until we could exchange them for AZN, although the policy is payment in AZN. They also gave us an extra hour at checkout and kept our luggage until late evening. Breakfast matched the pictures, but I wasn’t fully satisfied. It was okay for my taste, but after a whole week, more variety would have been welcome. The hotel is about 3.5 km from the centre, though taxis in Baku are very cheap. The Bolt taxi app charged less than 5 manat (azn currency), around 2€, for this route. Ten rides total, two a day, would cost about 20€, while hotels near the centre cost 200€ more than this one. Based on the reviews I read, nearby hotels also didn’t seem to be at Central Point Hotel’s standard. It was a great stay and really worth booking.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the service was very satisfactory. The room and bed were neat and very clean. Breakfast and the restaurant were very good too.

The setting gave our stay a peaceful, pleasant feel, and the location was especially convenient, close to the zoo, shopping malls, and lots to do. Central Point Hotel was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and they kindly added an extra bed for my daughter. The welcoming, attentive staff made us feel right at home. It’s a comfortable, family-friendly choice in a great location.
