My friend and I had a lovely trip to Baku, and Sapphire City was a great base. The important places were within walking distance, and the hotel itself was wonderful. Alex and Khayal were especially helpful and accommodating. We also liked the breakfast and where the hotel is located. I’d highly recommend it.

Khayal and Alex were especially kind and professional, and their help made the stay better. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, and breakfast had fresh choices and a good range. The location is right in the heart of Nizami Street, with restaurants and ATMs less than a minute away. I felt relaxed as soon as I arrived, had a very enjoyable stay, and would come back.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the location put us right in the middle of everything while still feeling calm. Staff were warm and attentive, and made the whole stay feel personal and easy. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

The location right on nizam st. is amazing. Just be careful with the room you book: even a higher category might mean a small window and no view. If you get the right room, it’s a really good place to stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. I appreciated the upgrade and how smoothly they arranged a late checkout. There can be some outside noise at night, so the sound insulation could be better. The hotel is right at the start of Nizami Street, and cars can get to about 10 meters from the entrance, which is still convenient.
