The room was fantastic, and room service was great. Breakfast was good too. The floor was quiet, calm, and peaceful.

We'd confirmed our booking just a few days before traveling, after reserving nine months ahead, but were still turned away at reception because they said it had been cancelled. Since we were there for the F1 weekend, it seemed clear they could get a higher room rate that way. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

With Indian and Pakistani restaurants nearby, finding food we were comfortable with was easy. There's also a public park close by for kids to play in. The hotel sits between Baku's old and new areas, which made it convenient for exploring both the city's history and its modern attractions. A good family-friendly place to stay.

The location downtown is perfect, and the price is good value. But the boss lady was rude and annoying, constantly yelling at the staff in the local language.

The main issue was the large windows: the room was fully lit by 5:30 am, so thicker curtains would help. Otherwise, we had a great stay. The hotel is right on Nizami Street, on the 5th floor with elevator access. Staff were very helpful and courteous, and our room was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials. Breakfast was wonderful too.
