The bathroom was disgusting, with leaking pipes, no hot water, and dirty towels. Wi-Fi barely worked, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I felt very unsafe, especially at night. As a traveler from Pakistan, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Swan Hotel Baku. The room was dirty, smelled awful, and looked nothing like the online pictures. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and seemed not to care about guests. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. Please don't stay here. Spend your money elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even for one night. It was very disappointing and absolutely not worth it.

After a long day, my immaculate, well-appointed room was a perfect place to relax. The amenities were top-notch, and the dining options were delicious. From the moment I arrived, the friendly, attentive staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. I had an outstanding stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable visit.

Cozy and clean, and really close to all the tourist spots in Baku, like nizami, old town, and flame tower. There's a supermarket right next door too. I really recommend this hotel if you're visiting. Thanks to the staff, they were very kind.

The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. Inside, it was quiet and clean, a nice setting to relax and feel comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made the stay truly enjoyable.
