The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself had some serious problems. Our room’s only window looked onto a terrace, so anyone out there could see us sitting inside. The balcony door wouldn’t close and had no key. The hotel is on the 19th floor, though the elevator only goes up to the 18th. Breakfast was very poor, with little choice.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the price was reasonable. Getting there was easy, and the neighborhood seemed okay. My balcony room had a pretty nice view. The rooms are moderate, with a safe, TV, and Wi-Fi, though not every room has a fridge. There’s also a bar and shisha.

I was traveling alone for the first time and had arranged everything myself, so it was reassuring to find such helpful staff and a great hotel. The city view was breathtaking, and the hotel is very close to Heydar Aliyev Centre. It’s a little way from the city centre, but an Uber costs less than 2 mnts, and the metro is nearby too. The rooms were clean, and the free breakfast had a good variety. I stayed from 20-25 Sept for 5 days and 4 nights.

Really nice, clean place, and the breakfast was the best part. I had a great experience and would recommend staying here. The receptionist, the guy with short hair, could improve his speaking skills.

From the hotel, it’s about 10 minutes by taxi to the Old City. The city views are great, but it’s not very close to the centre if you want to walk during a short stay in Baku. The hotel is on the top floor of a regular apartment building.
