Deluxe Hotel Ganja

The staff made the stay. They were warm and helped me sort out everything from laundry to SIM cards. My room was cozy and clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was great. WiFi worked well enough, though a little more speed would've been nice.

The bathroom was filthy and smelled so bad I couldn't even shower. My room was dusty, with stains on the floor, and the air conditioning never worked despite my reporting it three times. Check-in dragged on, and the desk clerk seemed distracted. The staff didn't smile and seemed not to care about guests. When I left, staff asked me not to post a review on booking.com. They should put that effort into making guests satisfied instead. I came away with a very unpleasant impression, and the hotel's 4-star rating deserves serious reconsideration.

There’s a lovely outdoor spot where you can sit and have tea whenever you like, and breakfast was great. My room was really big and clean. The staff were helpful and easy to work with, and they know a little English.

The buffet breakfast was good, and the hotel is right on the main road with grocery stores close by. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. WiFi barely worked in the rooms. The restaurant only does breakfast, with no dinner service. The AC in one of our rooms didn't work properly, and after several complaints they finally moved us to another room at 12:30 at night. I also found the staff a bit rude.
