Breakfast was great, and the rooms were very clean, though a few essentials were missing. There are no lifts, so if you’re with older people or someone who’s pregnant, ask reception for a ground-floor room. Nobody helped us with our luggage despite the stairs. The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay, and we had a hot night.
The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the service was great. It’s centrally located and an enjoyable place to stay in Nagorno-karabagh republic. A real gem for a place that was almost a ghost town some 20 years ago.
I stayed here in August 2017 and somehow never got around to writing a review. I’ve been to plenty of hotels, and this is one of the best. I’m looking forward to coming back, and next time I’ll stay longer.
The pool was lovely, and I couldn’t fault the place otherwise. It did feel a little short on atmosphere, though.
I’ve never stayed at a better hotel. Looking forward to visiting again in June 2017!
