There can be a minor hot water problem in winter, but otherwise it's a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well-kept, and worth the price. Staff are cooperative and professional, and the overall service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, caring, and respectful, and the owner and manager are especially kind and humble. They clearly care about guests and try to make the stay pleasant.

It's true the rooms aren't heated until November 15. Still, the owner and manager are extremely welcoming, they serve tea, and you can negotiate the prices. I agree with most of the other comments.

The washrooms were unbelievably dirty. Come on, it's 2025, please fix them. The beds are very old, and sleeping here could leave you sick and with back pain. A waste of money!

Taxi drivers don't seem to know the place. There was no warm water for a shower, no soap or shampoo, and the curtains were torn.

There was a leech in the toilet, and the place smelled bad and wasn't clean. It felt like you could get sick or catch a disease any minute.
