The only friendly people at the hotel were the older cleaning ladies. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The beach in front is completely unattended, with garbage lying around. At the pool there’s no shower before you go in. The only available shower is away from the pool, or in your unit. There’s also a sign telling you to put your clothes on after leaving the pool area. In our unit, the shower was installed into the sink unit. We had to ask four times for towels before they brought them, and there was only one per person. The rooms had no soap, toothpaste, shower gel, or other basic supplies, so bring everything yourself. Our unit hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived, and even after cleanup it still wasn’t clean enough. Some of the restaurant food we ordered was rotten, including the mangal salad, and the overall quality was poor. This was just horrible. I don’t understand how anyone could rate this hotel above one star. I booked based on these false reviews. I think the hotel management posts them, so be aware. The unit we were promised over the phone ended up costing more, 70 AZN over the phone became 110 AZN in reality. Ask for photos of the room you’ll get. The guys take bookings over WhatsApp.
