2/10
I regret holding such an important day at this graduation venue. The heat inside was unbearable, and there was no proper seating or clear sound system. The whole event felt chaotic and unplanned, with unprofessional staff who weren't helpful. It came across as a rushed, low-quality gathering rather than a proper ceremony. This place isn't suitable for an event this significant, and I'd strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a serious occasion.
8/10
The atmosphere and entertainment were really nice, but the food arrived late and the service was poor. I hope they pay more attention to that.
10/10
Good value for the price, with two big pools, and it's kid-friendly too. Still needs some improvement.
8/10
Everything was great. The only thing missing in the room was a bathrobe.
4/10
The music was good, and I liked the design of the place. The pool edge, though, was very narrow. The food was cold and very poor, and the service didn't match the menu.
