The rooms smelled awful, weren’t cleaned properly, and felt neglected. The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. The paraffin was spoiled, and the Naftalan baths were badly managed, always delayed and carried out with no respect for hygiene or sanitary rules. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It doesn’t meet even basic hospitality standards, and I’d never recommend it to anyone.

A good, beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and washrooms. Sweet dreams, love you. It’s in a great place for a safe family stay, out class.

The food was fresh, the treatment was good, and the doctors seemed very knowledgeable. But keep in mind, you should stay away from the taxi drivers working at this hotel. Most guests used drivers from other hotels, and there was a reason for that.

The Naftalan bath was pleasant and interesting, and it was well organized on the medical floor -1. That was the main reason for our visit. We booked directly through the hotel site for a package with full board, Spa, Naftalan bath, and Parafin, and enjoyed it all. We’d be happy to come back. Our family room was large, comfortable, and looked out over the Hotel Park. The food was excellent, with a wide buffet selection of food and drinks. The Spa on -2 floor was convenient and had a pool and saunas, and the kids also enjoyed the outdoor pool.

Naflatan is a small, charming town, with a surprising number of kids running around and having fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everything just seemed to work together. All meals are included in the room rate, which was nice. Another interesting detail, it’s about a 30 minute drive to the "liberated territories".
