Service was really good, and the staff were super. It’s one of the best hotels in town, and very nice and clean.

The TV socket was nowhere near the power supply, so we couldn’t watch TV at night 😂. The restaurant was very poor, like eating in the military, and there was no water. For a hotel for tourists, it’s hard to understand why nobody speaks English. A really bad experience.

The hotel is close to the river, and our room had a good view. It was large and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to “ ilkin” for making our stay easy. There’s also a large swimming pool and a sauna room. We had an enjoyable stay and hope to visit again soon.

The area was lovely, with lots of greenery and fresh air. Leyana at reception and Sultan were the most helpful staff, and both were amazing. When Umud tried to scam me for money, Sultan was a great help and Leyana helped too. The breakfast was the same every day, and the bread was clearly old and very hard to eat. They also didn’t clean or check the rooms daily. I asked, went out for hours, and came back to find nothing had been done. It’s very hard to find a Bolt taxi in the hotel area, and lots of people, including a few staff, will try to scam you. If you go to Quba, people, rent a car from Baku.

As a local, I found the price and quality hard to beat. The service and hospitality were 10/10, and the food was super fresh and yummy. It’s great for families, and the sanatorium services are worth mentioning too. Highly recommended.
