The villa was roomy and had the equipment we needed, and the service made the stay especially comfortable. Mr. Fuad was professional and helpful throughout, even arranging a late checkout when it snowed. A few things could be improved: the shower pressure was uneven, and the kitchen could use more utensils and a Smart TV. We had a great time and would come back.

Tofig was especially attentive, making sure I had everything I needed and always being friendly. The rest of the staff were great too, and breakfast was delicious. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location put the main attractions close by. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return or recommend the hotel to visitors. Thanks to Tofig for making it so pleasant.

The team at Quba Palace made a lasting impression. Everyone was kind and professional, ready to help with a smile, and their hospitality made the visit unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere. Everything went perfectly from beginning to end, and I’ll definitely return. Thanks to everyone at Quba Palace.

The indoor bowling alley was a fun extra, but the breakfast buffet was the standout for us: fresh, delicious, and with more variety than any buffet we’ve had on our travels. My husband and I had a magical drive from Baku city to Quba, and arriving at Quba Palace Hotel made it feel even more special. We came in December, and the snow made the whole place seem unreal. The rooms had a luxurious, palace-like feel.

Musayem and Shaker were wonderful to deal with, and the hotel service was quick and excellent. The hotel is beautiful as well. The villa was the letdown: its furnishings were poor and uncomfortable, the pillows weren’t good, and the air conditioning was poor too. Those were the things we didn’t like.
