The price was good, and the location and facilities were adequate, but I wouldn't stay here again. The staff were really unprofessional, the rooms weren't as clean as I expected, and breakfast was poor. They played loud music outside at random, even though we were the only guests. I politely told them it was disturbing us, but they kept it on, saying another guest had asked for it. I also lost some belongings. They barely helped me look, and nobody seemed to care about the lost items, whether through negligence or something else, like burglary.

At night, we could hear mice running and fighting above the wooden ceiling of our two-bedroom cottage. I hope this was my first and last stay at such a disorganized hotel. The rooms weren't clean, and staff wouldn't clean them unless we asked. Breakfast was the same every day, with boiled eggs, sausages, two kinds of cream, and two kinds of cheese, and no real choice. The hotel is in a quiet spot surrounded by forest, with a partial view of Qusar and a nice playground for children.

We stayed at Ladera Resort in Gusar this weekend, three adults and one child, and it will be our first and last visit. We ordered lule and tike kebab for lunch and our whole family got food poisoning. Our child has been in hospital on an IV for two days. I'm writing in English to warn tourists and overseas visitors to Gusar. If you care about your family's health, please don't stay or eat here. We can't recommend either.
