Arena Grand Hotel

The managers take good care of guests, and everyone here was friendly and helpful. I felt more at home. The food was clean and fresh, and breakfast was good. They also have coffee and pastries, plus a swimming pool and relaxing services. Staff speak many different languages. Thank you, everyone at this place.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. What made the stay even better was the warm, friendly staff, who were always welcoming and smiling. Special thanks to manager Mr. Jamal, who looked after me from my first day to my last. His professionalism, kindness, attention, and warm manner made a real difference. Thank you, brother Jamal, for upgrading my room and for the excellent service and genuine care. Thanks to all the staff for such a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely come back in the future.

For a few days in Quba, I’d recommend this place. The city view is better than the mountain view, and the property was clean, though not perfectly clean by my personal standards. Breakfast was normal, and the hotel feels about right for a 3-star place. The staff made the experience good with their excellent manners. Thanks especially to Agamurad, Nevroz, Shallah, and Cabbar, as well as the girl and the youngest man on the evening shift, whose names I unfortunately forgot. They were all polite, professional, and welcoming.

The staff were friendly and tried to help despite the language barrier, and the surrounding landscape is beautiful. The apartment has real potential to be one of the best properties in the area. Unfortunately, I had a serious problem getting a refund. When I changed my check-out date, I was told to pay again and that the original payment would be refunded. I followed up several times and received assurances from Front Office Manager Jamal, but the refund never came. They said it had been processed but gave me no proof. Nearly a month later, I’m still waiting since November 2025.
