We'd love to stay again. Ali and his family made the visit special, and breakfast made by his mother was delicious. We also really enjoyed talking with Ali, and the courtyard garden is beautiful, so ask to see it. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I was there with my wife and our sons, who are 10 and 12, and we all had a wonderful time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and recommend it wholeheartedly.
Sheki is lovely to explore on foot, so I didn't mind the walk to the old town. The hotel is clean and cozy, with a pleasant mountain view. Shops and cafes nearby offer plenty of choice, from national to European food. The hosts are very pleasant and always ready to help or give advice.
We got a lovely sense of Sheki and Azerbaijan from our stay in this historic house. The hosts were gracious, attentive, and quick to respond, and their care for guests showed throughout. The rooms were neat and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere and fresh air. Breakfast on the beautiful balcony, looking out at the mountains, was delicious.
