Gurnur at reception made a big difference. She handled check-in smoothly, stayed ready to help, and was warm and professional throughout. The rooms were clean, and the location made it easy to get around the city. I had a wonderful stay at Istanbul Gold Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Mr hamza and Gulnur at reception were especially kind and quick to help whenever I had a question. Hamza was also cooperative and supportive during my stay, and their service made me feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite and smiling, and the location was handy with everything I needed close by. I had a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast could use a little improvement since it’s the same each day. Apart from that, everything was good. We spent three nights at Istanbul Gold Hotel and found the rooms comfortable. It’s near Nizami Street and other well-known city spots. Gulnur at reception was the most helpful person there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The breakfast was awful, and the rooms were just as bad. Ours was filthy, with crooked wallpaper, cockroaches, one towel, and linen and towels that looked worn out and unclean. I was afraid to dry off with them, and even walking on the carpet felt worrying. We asked for a second towel five times, and getting toilet paper was a whole ordeal. We were there during Formula 1 season, and the room price was outrageous. At first they put us in a windowless room that smelled damp and moldy, with no running water. We had to fight to be moved to a room with a window. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d give it zero stars if I could. After I posted a review on Booking.com, some people began messaging me to ask me to delete it.
