Housekeeping left my room door open while I was out for the day. When I raised it with management, they made excuses and didn’t apologize. I felt unsafe. Don’t stay here.

A nice hotel in central Sheki, with clean, comfortable rooms and polite staff at reception and in the restaurant. The WiFi connection was good. Breakfast was good, though the selection was small, which makes sense for a smaller hotel. Dinner was very good, with a good choice of food.

Sheki is a lovely place, but this hotel is far inside and hard to reach. The service didn’t meet expectations, and despite being listed as a four-star hotel, it lacked basics like a shaving kit. Hotel staff and security said the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the property. I’d avoid it. It should only have two stars.

It was a calm, quiet place and comfortable for our family of four. The weather made it feel even cozier, and we had a comfortable stay in a neat, clean toilet. Breakfast was okay, but the vegetarian options were limited. There were only breads and salad, so the menu could use more choices.

The rates are very affordable, and the room views are included in my photos. I stayed just one night, but the bed, shower, and WiFi were all good. Breakfast was included too.
