Yengice Thermal Resort Hotel

Mr. Nurlan made our time in Gabala especially memorable through his kindness, professionalism, and personal attention. From arrival onward, the hospitality and care with the details surpassed what I expected. It felt like more than a hotel stay, with a high standard of service and strong leadership behind it. I’m grateful to Mr. Nurlan and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

The complimentary dinner was a nice surprise, and the staff were kind and attentive. Yengice Resort Gabala is a beautiful, peaceful place, and both the room and service were just right. A memorable stay, highly recommended!

I visited in winter, and the setting is really beautiful, though it’s a long way from the city. Breakfast felt modest for a four star hotel. I imagine it must be like heaven in spring.

We were very disappointed with our choice of this hotel for the holiday period, and several other guests traveling with us felt the same. For what we paid, the service wasn’t acceptable and didn’t feel worth the money. The open buffet at breakfast and dinner was replaced by a set menu after three days. On our last day, the staff hadn’t been told by the manager, Mr.Nurlan, that some guests had already paid for dinner in advance, so it wasn’t served on time. The room amenities and service were poor. There was no playground for children, just a small carousel that wasn’t working. The walking area wasn’t lit well enough, there were many mosquitoes, and the artificial lake was dirty or polluted. They also seemed to charge for many things, even when they should have been free. I can’t recommend this hotel.
