Hostel Centar I

The staff were friendly, spoke English, and responded quickly. I liked the balcony, and the room was clean and nicely equipped with a small towel, hair dryer, iron, and TV. The location is handy too, about an eight-minute walk to the center, beside Fortress Castel and across the river from some good restaurants. There are a few drawbacks to know about: the bathroom has no ventilation, the walls are thin enough that you hear the neighbors, and light from the hallway comes through the windows above the doors in the evening. Still, for a hostel, it was great, and I'd gladly stay again.
