The hot tub didn’t work, the drain was clogged, and neither the room’s light switch nor its telephone worked. Reception was unstaffed after 2000 hrs. This was among the three worst experiences I’ve had, possibly the worst. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Hotel Bosna, Hotel Moskva, or Marriott courtyard are much better.

We paid 12 KM each for the indoor pool, but after an hour we left because the water was uncomfortably cold, and so was the room. In December they should have made sure the temperature was right. The sauna that was supposed to be part of the complex wasn’t working either. We could easily have caught a cold. When we complained, the reception worker just said, “it will be better next time.” That’s not an acceptable way to treat guests. We’re very disappointed, and for that reason there won’t be a next time. 😔

At the start of our visit, the outdoor pool was closed even though it was sunny and still hot. We went in the first week of September, but that wasn’t the main problem. The reception staff don’t speak English. If someone does, make sure they understand you properly: they were very good at taking our money as a deposit, then claimed it was the towel rental fee when we asked for it back and said the misunderstanding was ours. Entry was about 11 km per person, with children under 6 free. There was also a 5 local currency deposit for the pool entry card. Towel rental was about 3 euros, the same price as buying one. It’s strange that pool admission doesn’t include towels. 😒 We won’t be repeating this experience.

The pool has a good choice of food and drinks, and the menu is in the photos. We went for the outdoor swimming pool, where entry for the day costs 7KM per person. Deck loungers are 2KM each if you want one.
