The restaurant food was superb, and the staff were great. The parking attendants were a real help too. But the state of the room made me shiver. I was there for a conference, and while the room itself was okay, the bathroom was disgusting. There were hairs left by previous guests, the washstand was dirty and sticky, and worst of all, the towels were dirty. I complained at reception and got towels that looked fresh and new, but the dirt was still there. The bedsheets weren’t changed once during the whole week, and nobody wiped the bathroom floor or washstand. For that price, this standard is absolutely unacceptable. I’m shocked.

We only went to the restaurant, not the hotel. The food was excellent and worth trying, but the live folk band at dinner was unbelievably loud. We couldn’t hear each other from just 10 cm away, even while shouting. If you go, check that there’s no live music. At that volume, conversation is impossible and your ears will be ringing all night.

At this price, a hotel should have a fitness room, faster internet, and a stronger signal. It’s 2026, and this just isn’t acceptable.

After a long day touring, we were asleep when someone knocked on the door. As soon as I opened it, staff rushed into the room to stock the mini-fridge, which we hadn’t used at all. They accused us of taking things out, but we hadn’t taken anything. A horrible experience. They could’ve filled the fridge before we got the room, but instead they woke both of us just to put a small Coca-Cola inside.

The restaurant downstairs plays live music until midnight, and it’s extremely loud. I can’t imagine how the servers communicate over it. If you want to sleep here, you’ll have to wait until after midnight, so think before coming. That’s why I gave one star. I’ve since seen other reviews about the same problem. The hotel says it will find a solution, hahaha, but 10 months later it still hasn’t. The restaurant customers matter more to them than the hotel guests. I won’t be back. No comment on their attitude.
