Hotel Zepter Palace

The staff were especially friendly, and Božo, Nenad and Anja were really great. Very good hotel. I’m sure we’ll see each other again. 💪🤝

The location was handy, with the city center and everything important about a 10-minute walk away. Our room had air conditioning, which I was glad of because it was quite humid during our two-day school trip. There was also a small fridge and a phone for calling reception or other rooms. The restaurant is there too, and the food is edible. My friend and I thought the room looked pretty good at first, with soap, shampoo, clean towels, and clean sheets. Then we spotted crumbs on the floor, even though we hadn’t eaten since arriving, plus ants in the bathroom and outside its door. I understand it’s an old building with construction going on, but having ants in the room still felt unpleasant. That was the only bad part. The rest was pretty good, so I’d call the stay decent.

Breakfast is ordered from a menu and comes in very generous portions. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is centrally located. It’s decent, though it doesn’t quite feel like a four-star hotel. The annoying part is that people smoke in the restaurants.

The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms have good equipment. Breakfast is included and was very good, with a range of sweet and savory options, cereal or muesli, tea, and coffee. The location is perfect and the quality is good for a low price. I’d stay again if I visit Banja Luka.
