The room had a balcony, though there weren't any chairs there. You could ask the staff for some. The beds and pillows were perfect, and the bathroom was very new and clean. Staff were attentive and ready to help, with homemade breakfast and more available if you wanted it.

The room was clean, and the hostess made delicious breakfasts. She was always smiling and keen to help. The hosts are working on improving the entrance and courtyard. It's a quiet, peaceful spot, though the walk to the city center takes 10-15 minutes. That distance has its advantages. In Medjugorje, you can drive to the center and park for free near the church. There's also a test facility close to the church, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. I highly recommend this guesthouse and will definitely return. There were far fewer pilgrims in Medjugorje during our stay. We had no trouble crossing the borders. They asked for a test only at the Bosnia and Herzegovina border. The Slovak officer asked where we were going; when we said we were transiting, he didn't want any documents. There were no checks at the Hungarian border, and the Croatian officer only glanced at our IDs.

The church in Međugorje is just 3-5 minutes away by car, and parking is available. The place was clean and tidy, with very kind staff. I absolutely recommend staying here with these wonderful people.
